Brad Stephens, DVM

Dr. Brad Stephens is an accomplished Veterinarian and the Medical Director at Hamilton Mill Animal Hospital, bringing a wealth of expertise and a passion for compassionate, high-quality animal care. A 2005 graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Stephens has spent nearly two decades honing his skills in both general and advanced veterinary medicine.

After completing his degree, Dr. Stephens pursued several post-graduate veterinary internships, including an intensive program in collaboration with Purdue University at a 24-hour emergency hospital. There, he gained invaluable experience handling critical emergency cases, complex surgeries, and advanced diagnostics. These internships gave Dr. Stephens the ability to manage challenging medical cases and acquire advanced training in diagnostic ultrasound, endoscopy, internal medicine, and intricate surgical procedures.

Dr. Stephens’ extensive clinical experience enables Hamilton Mill Animal Hospital to offer a wider array of services to better serve pets and their families. His dedication to using the latest medical technology and treatments ensures that every pet receives exceptional care.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Stephens resides in Lawrenceville with his wife and children. He enjoys spending weekends on the soccer field with his kids and is an avid supporter of UGA Football, never missing a game on Saturdays.
