"I cannot recommend HMAH enough. We've been going here for about 4 years and so happy to have made the switch from our last vet. From the front staff, vet techs, and doctors - everyone is so caring, compassionate, and hard working - they truly put the pets first. Our dogs are seniors and have their own special *quirks* and the staff is always so patient with them both. Any health issues are always addressed & the doctors are very thorough when they are with us, we feel seen and heard at every appointment. We always receive a follow up the day after any appointments or procedures to check in on our pups - which I appreciate so much. Communication is always great and prompt as well. These standards cover nearly every aspect of our hospital, including surgery, exam facilities, patient care, cleanliness, client service, emergency services, diagnostic imaging, and anesthesiology. Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited by AAHA, which is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
